All of our websites can be managed via the user-friendly admin panel, although you can contact our Pre-Sales Team to get more details on specific product you are looking for

Are your websites SEO-friendly? +-

Yes, with the exception of pure Flash Templates which are not currently readable by search engine bots. However, We've got a great fix for Flash Sites.

I have bought many websites from you. May I get any discount for my next purchase? +-

I have lost the project files, may I get them again? +-

Yes, you now have two options to retrieve your files. We've recently created "My Account" for our clients to use to help them keep track of their projects. You'll be able to request your files to be resent to you. If you do not have an account, please locate the following and create a Tech Support Ticket: Email address used to make the payment. Project ID. Name used for the project/ work.

For how long am I allowed to use your templates/ projects/ softwares/ code? Is there any time-limit? +-

There is no time limit. As long as you're the owner of the domain/template/ software/ code, you can use it for a lifetime.

How can I preview the website pages before going uploading it to the live server +-

We strive to create live previews for each website/ project on our website/ development servers, our development team will provide you with the link of development server after the project documentation phase

Do you have a refund policy? +-

Yes, you can review it on refund page

Can I try the website/ plugin/ particular functionality before the finalizing the project or making the payment? +-

We're not able to let you download the website/ plugin/ functionality for testing. However, we will provide you with a secure link of our server to test the website/ plugin/ functionality you are requested before the finalizing the project or making the payment?

Do you issue the invoice for the purchase/ project? +-

You can download an invoice by using "My account" section or simply request for a copy by sending us an email

Why do I need to provide my website admin/FTP access details to Technical support team? +-

Investigation of technical issues sometimes involves testing a template/ code/ plugins in the environment it interacts with. We use your website access details to take a closer look into the reported issue only with your permission. Keep in mind that we safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access. For more details you can refer to our Privacy Policy page

Are there any hosting providers you recommend/your websites/ php modules are compatible with? +-

You can use the following hosting providers: Bluehost.com, Hostgator.com, Godaddy.com, etc...

Will the template work with third party plugins? +-

The templates we offer are developed and tested to be fully compatible with all default modules and plugins.
However we can't guarantee the correct work of our templates with any third party plugins or components.

Can you design a custom website template for me? +-

Yes, we have many original and customization capabilities available for our customers. Please, contact us in order to get more details on this question.

How do you deliver your products/ projects/ codes? +-

Once the project/ work is completed you receive an e-mail with download instructions. Each project is downloaded via a unique download link. We do not ship our products on CD/DVD or other digital carrier.

I need my company data on the invoice. What can I do? +-

If you want to include any specific information into your invoice (such as company name, VAT number etc), please send your request via e-mail to support@neoiits.com. You will be assisted within 1-2 business days.
